Now in its 7th Edition, the International Vital Records Handbook (IVRH) has always provided researchers with a convenient, current source of application forms for ordering birth, marriage, death, and divorce certificates for decades. The 7th Edition has all the forms and/or addresses researchers need, but it also has been expanded to include information available in the age of the Internet. A number of searchable, free databases containing historical vital records are now available online, and many of these too have been noted in this book, as have specific repositories containing vital records collections that are accessible by genealogists.

Below we have provided facsimiles of actual pages for the state of Alaska and The Philippines from the IVRH that illustrate many of these features. For more information about the book itself, please CLICK HERE.
